If you fall into one of these groups but have yet to receive an appointment, we ask you to please get in touch at your earliest convenience (preferably late morning or during the afternoon), to arrange your appointment.

All vaccinations will be booked into one of our local vaccination hubs which are at external sites, listed below:

  • G-Live, Guildford GU1 2AA
  • Cranleigh Village Hall, Cranleigh GU6 8AF

Housebound patients

The practice team is working hard to complete vaccinations on all our housebound patients and we hope to have completed these soon.

If you believe you are housebound but have not heard from the practice, please get in touch as your earliest convenience to discuss this further.

COVID Vaccinations – Health and Social Care Workers Update

Until now there hasn’t been a defined process on how Health and Social Care workers outside of Primary Care will receive their vaccine. Following recent communication, it appears there will be a central process developed across Surrey Heartlands which Health and Social Care workers will be invited to book into. As soon as we have more information on this we will share this on our website.

In the meantime some hospital hubs, including the Royal Surrey County Hospital are working with health and social care groups across Surrey Heartlands, if you would like more information on this please contact Michelle Collins (m.collins7@nhs.net) Michelle works at the Royal Surrey Vaccination Hub and may be able to help you further.

Please bear with us through this particularly busy time, if you have access to technology then contacting the practice via the practice website is the most efficient way to get in touch and will save you waiting on the telephone to speak to someone.
