Providing you meet the following criteria, you will be able to request a Covid-19 Recovery Letter:

There must be a record of a Positive PCR or Lateral Flow Test result in your Medical Record.

For a Lateral Flow Test result to record in your Medical Record, you will need to have reported it via the government website.

There is a minimum period of three working days for a Covid Recovery Letter to be processed.

There will be a charge of £50.00 per letter.

Please note if you do not meet the above criteria and there is no record of a Positive PCR or Lateral Flow test in your medical record, we will not be able to process your request. You may be able to request this from a Private GP.
